This is a 14 days/13 nights programme.
We offer 10 yoga sessions, 5 full days of Ayurveda Rejuvenation therapy and 5 sessions of meditation.
Also you can enjoy a normal Kerala holiday in this programme.
This programme is considered as ‘Holiday with a purpose’. This tour will make you to learn yoga/meditation and help you to practice the same on your own after completion of this tour.
Your visit includes, Kochi heritage city, Munnar tea mountains, Periyar wildlife, Kumarakom backwaters & Kovalam serene beach. (1 night in Cochin, 2 nights in Munnar, 2 nights in Periyar, 2 nights in Kumarakom, 6 nights in Kovalam beach)
